Terms of Use
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Last changed for Preview testers: November 4, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Hardy Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Realize AI ("Realize AI", "we", "us"). They come in two parts:
- Part 1 applies to everyone who uses our website at realizeai.co, including its forms, and to Preview testers too. By using the website, you agree to Part 1. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
- Part 2 applies to Preview testers. You accept it, along with Part 1, when you choose Agree and continue on the Preview's consent page. Where Part 2 says something different about the Preview, Part 2 applies.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.
Part 1. Everyone
1. What the website is
The website explains what Realize AI does, and lets you ask for an invite to the Preview, sign up for updates, or contact us, including to ask for a conversation. It describes the product we're building, including what it's designed to do. Not all of that is available yet; the Preview is the part you can try today.
Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, or a promise about features, prices or dates. Those are agreed only in writing. The website is for people 18 and over.
2. Using it responsibly
You agree not to:
- give false information in a form, or fill one out for someone else without their permission;
- send spam, harmful code, or anything unlawful, harassing or deceptive through the website;
- probe, scan, overload or get around the website's security, its bot check or its limits;
- use automated means to collect personal information from the website, or to send it more requests than a person reasonably could (search engines and AI assistants reading and indexing the public pages are welcome);
- copy the website's design or content and present it as your own, or frame it so it looks like part of another site;
- use the website in a way that breaks the law or anyone else's rights.
We can block access, remove a submission, or stop replying to someone who breaks these terms.
3. What you send us
When you fill out a form or email us, you confirm that what you send is accurate and yours to send. The Privacy Policy explains how we use it, including the emails we may send you and how to unsubscribe.
If you send us feedback or ideas, about the website or the Preview, we may use them to improve Realize AI without owing you anything. We won't name you in connection with them without your permission.
4. Our content
The website, the Preview and their content belong to Realize AI or the people we license them from: the software, the method, the text, the design, and the Realize AI name and logo. You may read the website, share links to it, and quote short parts with credit to Realize AI. Anything more needs our permission in writing.
Realize AI and Microsoft. Realize AI is independent. It isn't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Microsoft, and the website and the Preview never claim otherwise. Microsoft, Microsoft 365 and Copilot are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, used here only to describe the products Realize AI helps with.
5. Links to other sites
The website, the Preview and its output may link to other sites, such as LinkedIn, Microsoft's documentation, or Microsoft Bookings if you book a call. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
6. No warranties
The website and the Preview are provided "as is" and "as available". The Preview is a free beta. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the website, the Preview or the Preview's output will be accurate, complete, reliable, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Realize AI won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from the website, the Preview or its output, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about the website or the Preview is limited to US$100.
Some places don't allow these exclusions or limits, so they apply to you only as far as your local law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
8. Your responsibility
If someone makes a claim against Realize AI because you sent or shared something you didn't have the right to, or because you broke section 2 or section 13, you'll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, as far as the law allows.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website, the Preview or these terms will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If you live in a country whose law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, or protections these terms can't override, you keep those rights.
Before going to court, please email Support@RealizeAI.co. Most issues can be sorted out by talking.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we'll update "Last updated" at the top, and the new terms apply to your use of the website from then on.
If a change affects the Preview or its testers, in either part, we'll also update "Last changed for Preview testers", and the next time you sign in to the Preview we'll ask you to agree again before you continue. If you don't agree, don't continue; you can still ask us to delete your data.
11. General
- These terms, the Privacy Policy and, for testers, the Preview's consent page are the whole agreement between you and us about the website and the Preview.
- Sections 3 to 9, 11, 14 and 15 continue to apply after you stop using the website or the Preview.
- If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a part of these terms, we haven't waived it.
- You can't transfer these terms to anyone else. We may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of the business.
- We'll send notices to the email address you gave us or, for testers, the address we invited. You can send notices to Support@RealizeAI.co.
Part 2. Preview testers
12. What the Preview is
The Preview is an invite-only beta of Realize AI. You talk through an issue your company is dealing with, and it works out the workflow behind it and how that work runs today, gives you a summary to check, and, when you ask, shows how it could be redesigned, with Copilot recommendations for each new step, what stays with your people and where to start. It shows what Realize AI is being designed to do.
It's a beta. It works only from what you tell it, it can't see your Microsoft 365 environment or any of your systems, and it has far less to go on than the product will. We may change it, pause it or end it at any time, and features may change or break between visits. There's no charge to use it.
13. Who can use it, and how
You can use the Preview if we have invited you and you're 18 or older. Your invite is personal: don't forward your invite or sign-in links, and don't let anyone else use your session.
If you describe your employer's work, you're doing so as an individual tester. You're responsible for making sure you're allowed to share what you share (section 14).
You agree not to:
- try to get the Preview to ignore its instructions, reveal them, or act outside its purpose, including by pasting in text written to do that;
- use it to create harmful, unlawful, harassing or deceptive content;
- share anything your employer treats as confidential, people's names (describe people by role), or sensitive personal information about anyone, such as health details, government ID numbers or bank and card numbers;
- break the law, or anyone else's rights, in what you share or how you use the Preview;
- probe, scan, overload or get around the Preview's security or usage limits, or access it by automated means;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the Preview, or use it to build a competing product.
The Preview has usage limits. If a session breaks these terms, it can be ended, and we can withdraw your invite.
14. What you share
What you tell the Preview stays yours. You give us permission to store, use and review it to run the Preview, to produce your output, and to improve the Preview and the product's method, as the Privacy Policy describes. That permission ends when your data is deleted, except for review notes that identify no one, which we keep.
You confirm that you have the right to share what you share, and that sharing it doesn't break any obligation you owe your employer or anyone else.
15. Your output
The Preview's output is generated by AI from what you said. It can be wrong or incomplete, so treat it as a starting point, not a verdict. Check it before you rely on it, and make your own decisions.
- Not professional advice. The Preview doesn't give legal, HR, financial or investment advice, and nothing in its output is that advice.
- The projection section. The last section of your output shows what Realize AI would do with more to go on. It's what the product is designed to do, not a finding about your work.
- Microsoft's products change. The Preview checks the Copilot capabilities it recommends against Microsoft's published documentation on the date shown in your output. Microsoft can change them at any time.
You may use your output, including your summary PDF, for your own purposes and your company's internal purposes. We keep all rights in the Preview itself: its software, its method, and the general content and wording it uses.
16. Ending
You can stop using the Preview at any time, and ask us to delete your data as the Privacy Policy describes. We can end the Preview, or your access to it, at any time, including if you break these terms.
